The tree trunk had a great colour and texture so I made it a large percentage of the photo and the squirrel scratching his belly as he looked to camera. sku SQ10012

The downward wing flap gives great symmetry to the bird. Once again the sun was my friend and did not wash out the detail of the wonderful barn owl. sku OWL10002

This owl has very dark eyes indeed. I managed to get the photo as he turned to the light and held all the detail in his feathers. sku OWL10007

A beautiful faced barn owl and wonderful colouring.

These little creatures are about a month old. They are all looking out to mum and dad who are just outside their little house.
